Jumping for charity

Hey everyone

Jennie here:jennie.jpg

Just to let you know there's an Open Cross Country competition, including an interschool challenge and clear round showjumping class, taking place on May 29 at Home Farm, Alconbury, Huntingdon.

It’s all in aid of the charity Independent Age. The charity supports older people on low incomes who have made a contribution to their society in some way.

Riders as young as eight years old can enter the Novice class. By doing so, you stand a chance of winning a year's subscription to H+P too!

Could you jump to help raise funds for Independent Age?

If you, or you school want to take part, call Clarissa Burgess on 01234 708246. Entries close May 19. For more information check out www.independentage.org.uk and click on events.
